Study Guide CompTIA AutoOps+ (AT0-001) Course Notes
Open, two-column course notes for the new CompTIA AutoOps+ exam, one exam objective at a time across all four domains: automation coding, system configuration, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. 103 pages, 35 topics, with hand-drawn figures, "On the exam" tips, and hands-on "Try it" exercises. Every command and line of terminal output in the notes came from a real run, and the source repository keeps a test script per topic so the examples can be rechecked when tools change. Download the complete book or a single domain. CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.

Open, two-column course notes for CompTIA SecAI+, one exam objective at a time across all four domains: AI concepts for cybersecurity, securing AI systems, AI-assisted security, and AI governance, risk, and compliance. 89 pages, 31 topics, with hand-drawn figures, "On the exam" tips, and hands-on "Try it" exercises. The prompt injection, guardrail, and RAG examples show real output from small open models running locally, with no API keys, and the source repository keeps a test script per topic that reruns them. Hands-on Linux command-line practice in a simulated Red Hat Enterprise Linux shell, right in the browser. 68 guided, auto-graded labs across nine topic areas — files and permissions, storage and LVM, SELinux, containers, and more. Every task is checked against the real state of your system, so any correct path counts.

A Manifest V3 Chrome extension that ports the Safe Exam Browser Windows client (seb-win-refactoring) into the architecture of the Respondus LockDown Browser extension. It reads plain, gzip-compressed, and password-encrypted .seb configuration files; computes the ConfigurationKey, BrowserExamKey, and per-URL request hash headers an SEB-aware LMS checks; applies SEB URL filter rules; checks displays, virtual-machine signatures, and conflicting extensions before launch; and runs the exam in a frameless fullscreen kiosk window with shortcut blocking, an isolated clipboard, and a lock screen on violations. Loads unpacked in Chrome developer mode and ships with a demo .seb file, an interactive test-bench exam page, and a Node test suite.
For: Instructional technologists, LMS administrators, and faculty running locked-down online exams View resource → Guide Would You Pull the Lever? Workshop Materials
The full workshop deck for the NSF-funded "Would You Pull the Lever?" seminar — the Trolley Problem reframed as a working vocabulary for AI ethics (acts vs. omissions, doctrine of double effect, moral distance, distributed agency) applied to live scenarios in autonomous systems, hiring algorithms, and AI-mediated work.
For: Educators and event organizers running the workshop View resource → Guide Stoplight AI Syllabus Kit
Copy-paste syllabus language for AI use in your courses — a course-level master statement, per-assignment green/yellow/red policy statements, a student disclosure template, and a mapping guide for common IT assignment types. Companion to the Exploring AI faculty seminar.

Materials from an August 2026 professional development session at Highland School of Technology — a printable one-pager with six copy-ready teaching prompts (rubrics, student feedback, bilingual parent email, test items with keys, workplace scenarios, interview practice) built on a Role/Task/Context/Format structure with student-privacy guardrails, plus the full session deck on what AI is doing to local career pathways and how to write prompts that work.
For: K-12 and CTE teachers Prompt one-pager (PDF) → Session slides (PDF) → Tool MedLingo — Medical Spanish Practice App
A Duolingo-style app for medical Spanish, organized around the arc of a real patient encounter — first contact, pain, vitals, history, medications, symptoms, emergencies, discharge. 14 units, 70 lessons, 560 exercises, and ~1,500 audio clips with a separate patient voice, because comprehension is the hard part. Proof of concept — phrases need review by native speakers and practicing clinicians before anyone learns from them, and hole-poking from nurses, interpreters, and native speakers is genuinely welcome.
For: Nurses, medical interpreters, and Spanish learners in healthcare View resource → Repository DSBA 6190 Cloud Data Pipeline Labs
The lab repository for UNC Charlotte's DSBA 6190 (Cloud Computing for Data Analytics) — fourteen weekly labs plus a capstone that build one cumulative cloud data pipeline, from ingestion and transformation through vector/RAG layers, serving, monitoring, and security. Test-driven (each lab ships with its acceptance tests) and runs entirely on a local Docker-based AWS emulator, so no cloud account, credentials, or costs are required. Includes four synthetic Charlotte-themed datasets of ~1M rows each, with intentional data-quality issues.
For: Cloud and data analytics educators, and DSBA 6190 students View resource → Study Guide Linux Command Cheat Sheet
A two-page printable reference covering the everyday Linux working set — files and permissions, finding things, text processing (grep/sed/awk), archives, pipes and redirection, editors, processes, disks, users, networking, SSH, package managers, systemd services and logs, and shell shortcuts. Built for NOS-120/NOS-220 students, useful to anyone at a Linux terminal.
